1. What Rahbar is — and is not
Rahbar provides general guidance and information. It is not a law firm, visa agency, or licensed immigration consultant, and does not guarantee admissions, jobs, or visas.
Rahbar's answers are generated with the help of artificial intelligence and are based on general information and the profile you provide. Rules, fees and processing times change frequently and vary by individual circumstances. You are responsible for confirming current requirements with the official government, university or employer source before making decisions or payments, and for seeking advice from a licensed professional where your situation requires it.
2. Your account
You sign in with your phone number and a one-time code. Keep your phone and codes secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information in your profile so that guidance is relevant. You may delete your account at any time as described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Plans, credits and payments
Rahbar offers a free allowance of messages and one-time plans priced in Pakistani Rupees, as shown in the app. There are no subscriptions and nothing auto-renews. Each plan provides a number of message credits valid for the period shown; a credit is used only when Rahbar successfully replies to a message. Unused credits expire at the end of the plan's validity period. Add-on top-ups add credits and extend validity as described in the app.
Payments are processed by the app store or payment provider you pay through and are subject to its terms. Because credits are delivered digitally and immediately, payments are non-refundable except where required by law or by the applicable store's policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Rahbar for anything unlawful, including preparing fraudulent applications or documents;
- attempt to access other users' accounts or interfere with the service;
- copy, resell or scrape Rahbar's content or systems;
- rely on Rahbar as a substitute for legal, financial or medical advice.
5. Content and intellectual property
Rahbar, its name, logo, design and content are owned by Rahbar or its licensors. You keep ownership of what you write, and you grant Rahbar the right to use it to provide and improve the service. Country guides and AI replies are for your personal, non-commercial use.
6. Availability and changes
We work hard to keep Rahbar available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control. We may change features, plans or these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or on this page with a new effective date.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rahbar is provided “as is” and we are not liable for decisions you make based on it, for outcomes of any application, admission, employment or visa process, or for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to Rahbar in the twelve months before the claim arose.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts in Pakistan, unless applicable consumer law gives you other rights.
