No. Rahbar is a technology platform that helps you understand your options and make informed decisions. It does not file applications on your behalf, does not represent you with any government, and is not a law firm or licensed immigration consultant.

No - and you should be cautious of anyone who says they can. Decisions are made by universities, employers and immigration authorities. Rahbar helps you understand requirements, strengths, weaknesses, realistic options and alternatives so you can prepare a stronger, more honest application.

Yes. Write in Urdu script (اردو), in English, or in Roman Urdu - Rahbar mirrors whichever language you use and replies the same way.

Yes. You can type the way you text your friends - for example “mere budget ke hisaab se konsa mulk best hai?” - and Rahbar understands and replies naturally.

Yes. Hold to talk, ask your question in Urdu or English, and Rahbar transcribes it and replies - including a natural spoken reply you can listen to.

They are estimates, not quotes. Tuition, visa fees, living costs and exchange rates change, and vary by university and city. Rahbar labels estimates clearly and encourages you to confirm current figures with the official source before you commit money.

No. Rahbar provides general guidance and information. For complex cases - refusals, appeals, family situations or anything with legal consequences - consult a licensed immigration lawyer or an officially regulated adviser in the destination country.

Never. All plans are one-time payments in PKR - there are no subscriptions and nothing auto-renews. A message credit is only used when Rahbar successfully replies. You can start with 7 free messages.

You sign in with your phone number using a one-time code - no passwords. Your chats and onboarding answers are used to provide the service and are not sold. Voice recordings are transcribed and the audio is not kept as part of your profile. You can request deletion of your account at any time. See the Privacy Policy for details.

The Android app launches first on Google Play. An iOS version is planned for later - the exact date has not been announced.
